Oh my goodness, my poor blog. I haven't updated it since early August! The good news is that the reason is because I've been busy busy busy, both with work and personal milestones. The bad news is I HAVE SO MUCH WORK TO CATCH UP ON for this blog!
So, catching up in no particular order, here goes: my engagement session this past Saturday with Tamasha and Scott!
When Tamasha contacted me earlier in the summer about doing an engagement session come October, I was super excited. She and her fiancé Scott would be coming up from the Cape for a weekend and wanted to do a session. I'm always so honored when an out of town couple chooses me for their session- maybe it's because I love this city so darn much, but I just always feel like I'm doubling as ambassador and tour guide as well as photographer.
Since Tamasha and Scott live nearby but not in Boston itself, they asked for a lot of advice about where might be good to do their engagement session. I asked them what they were looking for, and ultimately we decided that the ideal way to get a "best of all worlds" (scenic with foliage and greenery as well as some harbor and iconic Boston) was to start in the Public Garden and then make our way to Colombus Park. Ultimately, we decided to walk between the two, grabbing spontaneous photo ops along the way. It was so fun, and Tamasha was QUITE trooper in her high heeled booties.
No matter where we were, these two were making each other laugh, helping each other out, and snuggling up with so much love. I'm so excited for their life together- it's easy to see that they've got a wonderful partnership already!
Congratulations, Tamasha and Scott!
